农村财务问题历来是农村敏感的问题,也是农民最为关注的问题之一。农村财务混乱严重影响了农村党群、干群关系,制约了农村经济的健康发展。2002年7月,荆门市掇刀区在掇刀石街道办事处试行了以集中核算为形式的村级会计代理服务试点,2003年4月正式在全区推行。实践表明,这是一种新型的村级财务管理模式,有可能成为一种较好的改革取向。 Rural financial problems have always been sensitive to rural areas, but also one of the most concerns farmers.
