通过添加微量合金元素钼(Mo)、钒(V)对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢传感器进行微合金化处理,以研究单一的Mo、V以及复合添加Mo和V的微合金化对不锈钢微观组织、抗拉强度、抗高温氧化性和零点稳定性的影响。结果表明:微量的Mo或V的添加,尤其是复合添加Mo和V,有利于改善0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢传感器的抗拉强度、抗高温氧化性和零点稳定性,并提高了贝氏体转变温度。
The microalloying of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel was carried out by adding trace elements of molybdenum (Mo) and vanadium (V) to study the effects of single Mo, V and micro-alloying with Mo and V on the microstructure, tensile strength, Effect of High Temperature Oxidation and Zero Stability. The results show that the addition of trace amounts of Mo or V, especially the addition of Mo and V, is beneficial to improve the tensile strength, high temperature oxidation resistance and zero point stability of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel sensor and improve the bainite transformation temperature.
