2015年6月25日,辽宁省大连市金州新区第一批8家职业卫生基础建设示范单位评选产生,其中7家为外资企业,1家为石化行业内资企业。金州新区安监局介绍,这些企业不仅达到了基础建设示范单位的标准,而且在某些方面也代表了国际先进水平。此外,他们分布于不同行业,涉及职业病危害严重、较重等级,对于不同的企业,都能起到示范引领作用。本期“特别关注”聚焦大连金州新区,从政府如何破解基层监管难题、企业如何防治职业危害两个层面,介绍基层职业卫生基础建设的成效,以飨读者。
On June 25, 2015, the first batch of 8 occupational health infrastructure demonstration units in Jinzhou New District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province were selected. Among them, 7 were foreign-funded enterprises and 1 was domestic-funded enterprises of petrochemical industry. Golden State New District Security Bureau introduced these enterprises not only reached the standards of infrastructure demonstration units, but also in some aspects also represents the international advanced level. In addition, they are distributed in different industries and involve serious and severe occupational hazards. They can play a leading role for different enterprises. This issue of “Special Concern” focuses on the Golden State New District in Dalian. From the two aspects of how the government can crack down the supervisory problems at the grassroots level and how the enterprises can prevent and control occupational hazards, this paper introduces the effectiveness of basic occupational health infrastructure in order to readers.
