概述HFA—0001是美国HARRIS公司采用双极型工艺制造的宽带(350MHz)超高速率(1000V/μs)运算放大器,建立时间仅为25ns。除此之外,其它特点还有:偏置电流低(15μA),失调电流低(18μA),失调电压低(6mV)。图1为HFA—0001的内部等效电路。T_1~T_4构成差分输入级,T_5、T_6组成电压放大级,T_7、T_8为输出激励级,T_9、T_(10)则组成互补输出级。HFA-0001可取代用射频晶体管制
Overview HFA-0001 is HARRIS’s wideband (350MHz) ultra-high speed (1000V / μs) op amp fabricated in a bipolar process with a settling time of only 25ns. Other features include low bias current (15μA), low offset current (18μA) and low offset voltage (6mV). Figure 1 shows the internal equivalent of HFA-0001. T_1 ~ T_4 constitute the differential input stage, T_5, T_6 constitute the voltage amplifier stage, T_7, T_8 for the output excitation stage, T_9, T_ (10) is composed of complementary output stage.
