在波长λ=632.8nm,入射功率约0.8mW的HeNe激光照射下,对TlBa2Ca2CuO2(Tl2212)外延膜的光响应行为进行了实验研究.结果显示:在样品转变温度(Tc=105.5K)附近,TlBaCaCuO外延膜的光响应行为表现为辐射热与非辐射热效应共存现象.光响应信号电平与样品温度、偏置电流、及入射光束的调制频率等诸因素有密切关系的关系.实验结果还表明,辐射热与非辐射热效应的响应行为是不同的.
Under the irradiation of HeNe laser with the wavelength of λ = 632.8nm and incident power of about 0.8mW, the light response of the epitaxial film of TlBa2Ca2CuO2 (Tl2212) was experimentally studied. The results show that the photoresponse behavior of TlBaCaCuO epitaxial films shows the coexistence of radiant heat and non-radiant thermal effects near the sample transition temperature (Tc = 105.5K). Light response signal level and the sample temperature, bias current, and the incident beam modulation frequency and other factors are closely related. The experimental results also show that the response behavior of radiant heat and non-radiative heat effects are different.
