研究了头焦球面法布里-珀罗(以下简称F-P)干涉仪的集光能力和分辨率,从理论上导出了两者的数学表达式和相互的关系式,并讨论了决定干涉仅集光能力的判据问题,得出了两者搭配的最佳条件。同时用我们研制的干涉仪进行了实验验证。
The focusing capability and resolution of the first focal spherical Fabry-Perot interferometer are studied. The mathematical expressions and mutual relations between the two are deduced in theory. Only the criterion of light-gathering ability, we got the best condition of the two. At the same time, we developed an interferometer experimental verification.
