本文所指的普洱茶,主要指云南普洱茶,普洱茶几乎成了云南茶叶的代名词,因为云南具有得天独厚的宜普洱茶产制环境,香港等主销普洱茶的市场,认为云南普洱茶是“正宗的普洱茶”。至于云南省以外广义的普洱茶,包含了广东、广西、海南、贵州、四川等省(区),乃至用越南,缅甸,泰国等地青毛茶加工改制的普洱茶。现时有关普洱茶的文章很多,本文在探讨中力求加强针对性、实用性、前瞻性,对普洱茶和谐健康,可持续发展提供看法和意见。
