经过差不多半个世纪,软件已经取得了极大的发展,从最先单一的军事产品,拓展到现在遍布各行各业关乎国计民生的智力产品。软件这一路走来,每一次的转变是否都意味着软件的质量获得了极大的提高?软件的质量管理是否获得了根本性的改善?面对现在软件质量管理中出现的方方面面的问题,我们将从反思的角度去透视软件质量管理存在的问题和缺陷。目前,我国软件开发的失败率高达70%,这个“失败”的含义是:软件产品开发不能按进度交付、超出预算成本、不能完全实现客户所需的应用等。这么高的失败率,原因何在?软件产品的设计过程、软件企业内部的管理制度、软件工程师的个人因素、用户的意识和能力因素、整个的环境因素等,无一不在影响着软件的质量。
