去年以来,我们苏州电扇总厂同全国大多数企业一样,面临着资金紧缺、原材料涨价和销售疲软,企业生产和经济效益滑坡的严峻考验。我们迎难而上,坚持眼睛向内,将“变速度增长型为效益增长型”作为企业经营决策的指导思想,把握内涵挖潜的主攻方向,制订了“优化产品结构,强化经营管理,深化内部改革”的经营决策,动员组织全厂职工,深入开展双增双节运动,保证了企业的生产水平和经济效益在基数高、难度大的情况下继续爬坡,取得了产销两旺、效益增加的新成果,在全国同行业中继续保持领先水平。我们的主要做法和体会有以下五条:
Since last year, our Suzhou Electric Fan Factory, like most companies in the country, is facing a severe shortage of funds, raw material prices and weak sales, and a severe test of corporate production and economic decline.
