目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者在位内膜及异位内膜中plastin(T亚型及L亚型)的表达在内异症发生和发展中的作用。方法采用原位杂交方法检测2007年5月至12月中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科收治的内异症患者(36例,研究组)在位内膜及异位内膜和非内异症、证实盆腔结构正常的妇女(22例,对照组)在位内膜中T-plastin及L-plastin的mRNA表达,并对其表达水平与月经周期进行相关性分析。结果(1)在内异症患者在位内膜中T-plastin的表达水平(0.1519±0.0267)与正常在位内膜(0.1535±0.0299)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其两者中T-plastin的表达水平均显著高于在内异症患者异位内膜中(0.1153±0.0151)的表达(P<0.01);研究组在位内膜及异位内膜中L-plastin的表达水平(分别为0.1610±0.0126和0.1869±0.0268)显著高于对照组(0.1396±0.0088)(P<0.01),且异位内膜中显著高于在位内膜中(P<0.01)。(2)在研究组及对照组中,增殖期与分泌期T-plastin的表达水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);异位内膜中增殖期L-plastin表达水平(0.2028±0.0276)高于分泌期(0.1721±0.0157)(P<0.05),而其在位内膜及正常在位内膜中L-plastin表达水平在增殖期及分泌期之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论L-plastin表达水平与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展正相关。
Objective To investigate the role of plastin (T subtype and L subtype) expression in the pathogenesis and progression of endometriosis in patients with endometriosis (endometriosis). Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect endometriosis and ectopic endometrium and endometriosis in endometriosis patients (36 cases, study group) admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Shengjing Hospital, China Medical University from May 2007 to December 2007. The expression of T-plastin and L-plastin mRNA in the eutopic endometrium of women with normal pelvic structure (22 cases, control group) was confirmed. The correlation between the expression level and menstrual cycle was analyzed. Results (1) There was no significant difference in the expression level of T-plastin in eutopic endometrium (0.1519 ± 0.0267) and normal eutopic endometrium (0.1535 ± 0.0299) (P> 0.05) The expression of T-plastin in both groups was significantly higher than that in ectopic endometrium (0.1153 ± 0.0151) (P <0.01) The levels of plastin in the eutopic endometrium (0.1610 ± 0.0126 and 0.1869 ± 0.0268, respectively) were significantly higher than those in the control group (0.1396 ± 0.0088) (P <0.01) . (2) There was no significant difference in the expression level of T-plastin between the study group and the control group (P> 0.05), while the expression level of L-plastin in the proliferative stage of ectopic endometrium was 0.2028 ± 0.0276 ) Was higher than that in secretory phase (0.1721 ± 0.0157) (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the expression level of L-plastin in eutopic endometrium and normal eutopic endometrium between proliferative phase and secretory phase (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of L-plastin is positively correlated with the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
