新疆和田地区处于欧亚大陆中心腹地,从昆仑山到塔克拉玛干沙漠南部,形成水文地理垂直分带性。本文分析了降水、冰川、地表水、地下水等水资源的特点及数量,计算了和田地区水资源总量为75.683x10 ̄8M ̄3。目前本地区的水资源开发利用程度及水利化进程均较低,全区净用水量只占1/4左右。随着开发建设的发展可分阶段进行水资源合理开发。第一阶段将增加净用水量71.6%,第二阶段是开源达到极限阶段,第三阶段则步入水资源的经济利用阶段,加强水利工程建设,提高利用率,充分发挥水资源效益。
The Hetian area of Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of the center of Eurasia, from the Kunlun Mountains to the south of the Taklamakan Desert, forming a vertical zonation of hydrogeography.
