目的:通过采用PDCA循环管理法,降低药房的差错率,确保患者的用药安全。方法:按照PDCA循环法,通过对住院药房2014年上半年的内差错登记情况的回顾性汇总分析,进行计划、实施、查核、处置程序,提高用药安全。结果:药房的日平均内差错数量由上半年度的15件降低到10月份的5.2件。结论:PDCA循环管理法能够明显降低药房的内差错数量,显著提高医院的安全用药。
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the error rate of pharmacies and ensure the safety of patients by adopting PDCA cycle management method. Methods: According to the PDCA cycle method, through the retrospective summary analysis of the registration of error within the first half of 2014 in the inpatient pharmacy, the procedures of planning, implementation, checking and disposal were improved to improve the medication safety. Results: The number of daily average errors in pharmacies decreased from 15 in the first half of the year to 5.2 in October. Conclusion: PDCA cycle management method can significantly reduce the number of errors in the pharmacy, significantly improve the safety of the hospital medication.
