In response to the return of Hong Kong and the convening of the 15th National Congress of the CPC in 1997, we have celebrated the 20th anniversary of the founding of the National Water and Hydropower Construction Technology Information Network and the 15th anniversary of the founding of “water conservancy and hydropower construction.” Over the past 20 years, Construction Technology Information Network has done a lot of work to promote and develop hydropower construction technology in China and has achieved remarkable results.
