26只金黄田鼠单侧输精管结扎,分术后1、2、3和6个月4组观察,另以21只同龄雄鼠做对照组,微穿刺取附睾液。术后3个月结扎侧睾丸明显萎缩,平均重为0.796±0.263g,正常对照组为1.182±0.032g(均为均数±SD)。术后4个组结扎侧附睾重量均明显增加,精子比容比对照组分别降低25%、65%、59%和55%,精子密度也相应下降。术后2、3、6个月结扎侧附睾尾液肉毒硷浓度有明显下降,分别为对照组的60.3%、23.4%和22.7%,提示输精管结扎使金黄田鼠附睾对吸收和浓缩肉毒硷的功能下降。各组附睾液中性α-糖苷酶的活性均无明显改变。
Twenty-six golden voles were unilateral vas deferens and were divided into 4 groups after 1, 2, 3 and 6 months of operation. Twenty-one male rats of the same age were used as controls, and epididymal fluid was obtained by micro-puncture. At 3 months after operation, the testes of ligation side obviously atrophied, the average weight was 0.796 ± 0.263g, and the normal control group was 1.182 ± 0.032g (all mean ± SD). The weight of the epididymis in the ligation group increased significantly after operation, the sperm volume decreased by 25%, 65%, 59% and 55% respectively compared with the control group, and the sperm density also decreased accordingly. At 2, 3, and 6 months after operation, the concentration of carnitine in the epididymal side of the ligation side decreased significantly, which was 60.3%, 23.4% and 22.7% of that of the control group respectively, suggesting that the vas deferens could induce epididymal absorption and concentration of carnitine The function of decline. Each group of epididymal neutral α-glucosidase activity no significant change.
