有机磷农药在农业生产中被广泛使用,由于其对生物体内乙酰胆碱酶的活性具有抑制作用,造成组织中神经递质乙酰胆碱的积累,从而阻断神经信号的传递过程,严重时将导致机体死亡。因此,对环境中的有机磷农药进行快速准确的检测具有十分重要的意义。荧光化学传感器对有机磷酸酯类化合物的检测具有灵敏度高、响应速度快和检出限低的优点。本文综述了国内外聚合物负载的有机磷荧光探针最新研究进展,对其在有机磷检测中的优势进行了讨论和小结,并对该类研究的趋势和未来前景进行了展望。
Organophosphorus pesticides are widely used in agricultural production because of their inhibitory effect on the activity of acetylcholine in vivo and the accumulation of acetylcholine which is the neurotransmitter in the tissues, thus blocking the process of transmitting nerve signals and causing death in severe cases. Therefore, the rapid and accurate detection of organophosphorus pesticides in the environment is of great significance. Fluorescent chemical sensors for the detection of organophosphate compounds with high sensitivity, fast response and low detection limit advantages. This review summarizes the latest research progress of polymer-supported fluorescence probes of organic phosphorus both at home and abroad, and discusses the advantages of these probes in the detection of organophosphorus. The trends and future prospects of such studies are also discussed.
