作者从铁水覆盖剂应具备的作用和要求出发,在分析和研究珍珠岩膨化机理的基础上,提出确定工艺参数的理论依据。并利用机理研究的成果和实际生产应用中的数据,论证了用珍珠岩取代稻草灰作铁水覆盖剂在技术上和实际生产应用中的可行性及经济上的合理性。
Based on the analysis and study of the puffing mechanism of the perlite, the author put forward the theoretical basis for determining the technological parameters. Based on the results of mechanism research and actual production applications, the feasibility and economic rationality of using perlite instead of straw ash as a hot metal covering agent in technical and practical production and application were demonstrated.
