目的:探讨穴位注射骨髓间充质干细胞对心肌梗死模型大鼠心功能影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、心肌注射干细胞组、穴位注射干细胞组,采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支方法复制心肌梗死模型,穴位注射干细胞组造模成功72h后心俞、至阳、膻中每穴位注入骨髓间充质干细胞0.3mL(1×1010/L),4周后以超声测量心功能,取血测血清脑钠肽水平。结果:心肌注射组、穴位注射干细胞组左室短轴缩短率、射血分数较模型组升高,左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径较模型组降低,心肌注射干细胞组和穴位注射干细胞组间差异无统计学意义。结论:穴位注射干细胞能够改善模型动物心功能。
Aims: To investigate the effect of injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (AMSCs) on cardiac function in myocardial infarction model rats. Methods: Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, intramyocardial injection of stem cells group and acupoint injection of stem cells group. The model of myocardial infarction was replicated by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery. 0.3 mL (1 × 1010 / L) of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells was injected into each point of heart, heart, and yang. After 4 weeks, the cardiac function was measured by ultrasound and the level of serum brain natriuretic peptide was measured by blood. Results: The shortening rate of left ventricular shortening and the ejection fraction increased in model group and myocardial injection group, and the diameter of end-diastole and the diameter of end-systole in model group were lower than those in model group. The number of stem cells No significant difference between groups. Conclusion: Acupoint injection of stem cells can improve cardiac function in model animals.
