随着苏南经济的稳步发展,四川、河南、安徽、苏北等地的民工不断地涌入本地区打工,这些民工的子女来校借读已呈逐步上升的趋势。2001年我校学生总数为1548人,外地生228人,占14.73%。据了解,目前张家港市小学生总数为69148人,外地借读生达7038人,占10.18%。加强对占10%左右的外地学生的教育和管理已成为一个不容忽视的问题。然而,几年来学校和教师在管理和教育这些学生的问题上出现了不重视,甚至歧视的现象: 1、某些学校学籍管理随意性大。他们认为这些人
With the steady economic development in southern Jiangsu, migrant workers in Sichuan, Henan, Anhui and northern Jiangsu have continuously poured in to work in the region. The children of these migrant workers have borrowed from their schools and have gradually risen. In 2001, the total number of students in our school was 1548, 228 were foreign students, accounting for 14.73%. It is understood that the total number of primary school students in Zhangjiagang City, 69,148 people, 7038 foreign students, accounting for 10.18%.
