本文就黑杨派六个现代无性系在感染褐斑病时的抗病性进行了观察;比较了各无性系在病程中多酚氧化酶(ppo)、过氧化物酶(po)活性变化;po同功酶谱的差异。结果表明:63杨、69杨、72杨属于高度抗病的无性系;加龙杨较感病;214杨,P_(15A)杨则严重感病。抗病的无性系无论在发病前还是发病后ppo活性都高于感病的无性系发病初期供试的六个无性系ppo活性都有所提高。发病后,感病无性系的po活性明显地高于抗病无性系。感病无性系的po同功酶谱带数比抗病无性系多,感病没有改变同功酶谱。
In this paper, the disease resistance of six modern clones of Populus deltoides in the brown spot was observed. The changes of the activities of polyphenol oxidase (Ppo) and peroxidase (POV) in the clones were compared. po differences in zymogram. The results showed that: 63 Yang, 69 Yang and 72 Yang belonged to highly resistant clones; Garonella more susceptible; 214 Yang, P 15A Yang was severely susceptible. Resistant clones had higher ppo activity than either of the six clones tested early in the pathogenesis of susceptible clones, both before and after onset. After onset, po activity of susceptible clones was significantly higher than that of resistant clones. The number of isozyme bands of susceptible clones was higher than that of resistant clones, and susceptibility did not change the same zymogram.
