在金属学热处理领域内,国内外提高喷油咀偶件使用寿命的途径,是提高使用温度下的硬度及尺寸稳定性。本文通过对国内外喷油咀偶件的分析研究,以及对喷油咀偶件失效的分析研究,提出了提高喷油咀偶件使用寿命及喷油功效的新途径:适当降低偶件的硬度;选用不同材料和硬度的匹配;以强韧化处理获得最佳复合组织。按这一新途径研制的ZS4S1型喷油咀,具有高的抗穴蚀、抗多冲疲劳剥蚀及磨损能力,从而在高速柴油机上的台架使用寿命超过了8300小时,仍在继续正常运转中,并使偶件具有雾化好和节油功效。
