目的 :探讨散结片抑瘤机制。方法 :以不同浓度的散结片醇提物和水提物分别处理人肝癌 SMMC- 772 1细胞 ,以 MTT法测提取物对其线粒体代谢活性的影响 ;腹腔注射含水提物 10 m g/ m l· d的水溶液 ,测其对小鼠移植性实体瘤的抑制作用及对小鼠 T、B淋巴细胞比率和腹腔吞噬细胞活性的影响。结果 :1散结片醇提物对人肝癌细胞的抑制作用随浓度提高而增加。 2水提物对人肝癌细胞作用不明显。但能明显抑制小鼠 S- 180实体瘤 ,并明显提高 T、B淋巴细胞比率。 3水提物可明显提高小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞活性。结论 :散结片醇提物能降低体外培养的人肝癌细胞线粒体代谢活性 ;水提物能提高小鼠 T、B淋巴细胞比率和腹腔吞噬细胞活性 ;对小鼠移植性实体瘤有很强的抑制作用。
Objective: To explore the anti-tumor mechanism of scattered tablets. METHODS: Human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-772 1 cells were treated with different concentrations of ethanol extracts and water extracts respectively. The effect of extracts on the mitochondrial metabolic activity was measured by MTT assay; intraperitoneal injection of aqueous extract 10 mg/ml· The aqueous solution of d was measured for its inhibitory effect on transplanted solid tumors in mice and the effect on the ratio of T and B lymphocytes and the activity of peritoneal phagocytic cells in mice. RESULTS : 1 The inhibitory effect of the ethanol extract of Sanjie Tablet on human hepatoma cells increased with increasing concentrations. 2 Water extracts have no obvious effect on human liver cancer cells. However, it can significantly inhibit the S-180 solid tumor in mice and significantly increase the ratio of T and B lymphocytes. 3 Water extract can significantly increase the activity of peritoneal phagocytic cells in mice. Conclusion: The ethanol extract of scattered tablets can reduce the mitochondrial metabolic activity of human hepatoma cells cultured in vitro; the aqueous extract can increase the ratio of T and B lymphocytes and the activity of peritoneal phagocytic cells in mice; it is very strong for transplanted solid tumors in mice. Inhibition.
