本文从对单运放一般拓扑结构的讨论开始,导得最佳SAB滤波器的结构,然后对此电路根据GS及离散性两个指标进行了优化设计,从而得出SAB混合集成的最佳实际电路.本文中的电路己用厚膜混合集成工艺试制成功并在话路系统的高阶椭圆滤波器的有源实现中得到了应用.实践证明此SAB混合集成滤波节的性能非常优良.
This paper begins with the discussion of the general topology of a single op amp, derives the structure of the best SAB filter, and then optimizes the design of the circuit based on both the GS and discrete metrics to arrive at the optimal implementation of SAB hybrid integration The circuit in this paper has been successfully fabricated by the thick film hybrid integrated process and has been applied in the active implementation of the high order elliptic filter of the speech path system.The performance of this SAB hybrid integrated filter section has been proved to be very good.
