一种刊物能否在激烈竞争的环境中生存、发展并走向市场 ,关键取决于期刊的质量 ,该文就如何提高学术期刊质量提出了几点建议
Whether a publication can survive, develop and go to the market in a highly competitive environment depends critically on the quality of the journal. This article puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of academic journals
