目的了解天津市高中生伤害相关行为,为采取相应干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法,对天津市河北区3所普通高中、3所重点高中、2所职业高中共1 844名中学生进行匿名问卷调查。问卷包括学生基本情况以及容易导致伤害的相关行为。结果伤害相关危险行为发生率前五位的是感觉到学习压力重、孤独、失眠、步行违规、骑自行车违规,分别是73.64%、73.26%、64.15%、63.56%、50.38%。感觉到学习压力重、孤独、失眠均是女生高于男生,其中学习压力重、孤独的发生率不同学校、不同年级间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。步行违规、骑自行车违规的发生率重点高中低于其他学校(P<0.05)。结论高中生伤害相关行为的干预措施需结合学生的性别、学校类型、年级等特点,有针对性的进行预防伤害的安全教育与心理健康教育。
Objective To understand the injury-related behaviors of high school students in Tianjin and provide a scientific basis for taking appropriate interventions. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to conduct anonymous questionnaire survey among 1 844 middle school students in 3 senior high schools, 3 key high schools and 2 vocational high schools in Hebei District of Tianjin. The questionnaire includes the basic information of the student and the related behavior that easily leads to the injury. Results The top five risky behaviors were 73.64%, 73.26%, 64.15%, 63.56% and 50.38% of them, respectively, feeling heavy pressure of study, loneliness, insomnia, walking irregularities and bicycle riding violations. Feel heavier learning pressure, loneliness, insomnia are girls than boys, including heavy learning pressure, the incidence of loneliness in different schools, there was a significant difference between different grades (P <0.05). The incidence of walking irregularities and cycling violations was lower in key high schools than in other schools (P <0.05). Conclusions Interventions for injury-related behaviors of high school students should be based on the characteristics of the students’ gender, school type, grade and so on. The safety education and mental health education should be targeted to prevent injuries.
