发展中等职业教育,实现中等职业教育培养人才的目标,关键是要建设一支既有现代教育理论水平,又有现代教育实践能力;既有较高文化素质、业务技能素质,又有较强动手实践能力的双师型教师队伍。本文初步探索了新时期中等职业学校双师型教师的内涵与标准。
The key to developing secondary vocational education and realizing secondary vocational education to train qualified personnel is to build a theoretical level of both modern education and modern educational practice. This paper tentatively explores the connotation and standards of double-qualified teachers in secondary vocational schools in the new era.
