为就读中小学的孩子请家庭教师,已成为一种时尚,在城市(镇)尤烈。请家庭教师,到底好不好?笔者以为,请家庭教师有成效的主要表现在以下两方面:一是目标一致,即家长、孩子和家庭教师有共识,关系协调,家庭气氛和谐。在这样的家庭中,家教的目标、内容、形式、时间安排符合孩子的实际情况,贴近孩子的认知能力,能为孩子所接受。家长想的、家庭教师教的,正是孩子所需要的。在这种和谐的关系中,家庭教师教有所成,孩子学有所得,家长请家庭教师的目的也才会实现。
For tutors of elementary and secondary school children please be a tutor, has become a fashion, especially in the city (town). Please hospice, in the end good or bad? The author believes that the main performance of hospice teachers, mainly in the following two aspects: First, the same goal, that is, parents, children and tutors have a consensus, coordination and family harmony. In such a family, the goal, content, form and timing of tutoring are in line with the actual situation of the child and are close to the children’s cognitive abilities and can be accepted by children. Parents think, the tutor taught, it is the child needs. In this harmonious relationship, the tutor has learned something, the children have learned, and the parents’ goal of hiring a tutor will come true.
