最近有几处发生了水压机基础工程的倾斜与下沉现象,现就个人的看法提出几点办法。水压机工作压力完全承担在设备本身上,基础所承担的压力只是设备本身的重量和少许冲击力,这种冲出力在正确的操作时也可以避免。除去这种不正常的很小的冲击力外,在基础上的负荷只有设备本身的重量,是一种静负荷,静负荷对基础设计的要求比较简单,当然还要考虑一个安全系数。基础设计中除了要计算抗压力、剪切力外,土壤的耐压力具有决定意义。对于这种大型设备,基础土壤只少要有3.5公斤/厘米~2的单位压力;小于这个数值时要慎密地斟酌情况再行决定。土壤如果是细沙或含水量多的尘沙,要攷虑打桩子增加土壤的抗压力。对于混凝土部分的要求是稳定、坚固不裂、

If the soil is fine sand or dusty with a lot of water content, consider piling to increase the soil’s resistance to stress. The requirements for the concrete part are stable, strong and indestructible.
