近来“民为上”的思潮风靡一时,“民为上”其实质就是要求以保障民生需求为首要任务,因此,“民为上”最重要的一方面就体现在社会管理创新上。检察机关作为法律监督国家机关,履行法律监督职能、依法打击犯罪、维护社会和谐稳定是其职责,其理应是参与社会管理创新工作的主体,理应是社会管理创新的探索者和先行者。本文将从完善检察机关派出检察室职能,完善检察机关参与大调解方式等两方面来探讨检察机关如何实现便民利民工作新要求,进而保障民生。
