水利部电力工业部机电研究所重视科研成果向生产力的转化,该所承担的电力工业重点科研项目—水轮发电机推力轴瓦技术研究在91年取得弹性金属塑料瓦的应用成果后,已在国内十余座电站的近三十台水电机组上推广应用,近日该所在富春江水电厂一号机组大修中投入的二千吨级弹性金属塑料推力轴瓦,顺利通过试运行考验,提前六天并网发电,在该厂二号机大修后进行的试运行中除进行了常规试验外还进行了冷启动、连续热启动、惰转停机、中断油槽冷却水等项试验,塑料推力轴瓦性能良好,满负荷运行时推力瓦温仅32℃,至此该所已取
