水厂内净水构筑物类型的选择,在处理工艺确定以后,通常存在着多种可供选择的方案,而各构筑物的经济效果,不仅涉及加药量、构筑物运行时的水头损失、设备能耗等方面,而且涉及到后续构筑物的造价。同时,每一处理单元又可在不同效率下运转。本文根据系统工程的观点,将净水工艺流程的各构筑物作为一个相关的整体来考虑,从而结合实践资料提出效率最高、费用最小、耗能最少的不同规模的优化净水构筑物组合系统。
The selection of types of water purification structures within a water plant usually involves a variety of alternatives after the treatment process is determined. The economic effects of each structure involve not only the amount of dosing, the head loss during the operation of the structure, and the energy consumption of the equipment. In other aspects, it also involves the cost of subsequent structures. At the same time, each processing unit can operate at different efficiencies. Based on the perspective of systems engineering, this paper considers the structures of the water purification process as a relevant whole, and combines the practice data to propose an optimized water purification structure combination system with the highest efficiency, the lowest cost, and the least energy consumption.
