本文研究了摄入黑色染料的240°GH-STN液晶器件的电光特性,探讨了作为Gest的染料浓度及作为Host的液晶分子的预倾角对电光效应的影响,分析了器件的多路驱动能力,并与无掺杂的240°—STN效应作了比较。
In this paper, the electro-optic properties of 240 ° GH-STN liquid crystal device with black dye in-dyed were studied. The influences of dye concentration as Gest and pretilt angle of liquid crystal molecules as host on electro-optic effect were discussed. And compared with the undoped 240 ° -STN effect.
