作为一名高中生物教师,我从事生物教学已多年了,从最开始片面地追求教学质量,晚自习辅导、周末和寒暑假补课的加班加点教学模式,到现在推行素质教育,按照新课标的要求高效上课,我发现高中生物教学内容与课时安排存在许多矛盾,下面是我在这方面的体会和认识。课程标准实施以后,在必修模块的教学实施方面,反映最多、最具有普遍性的问题是新教材容量大,而课时严重不足,生物学科尤为突出。经过长时间的学习和思考,我发现导致课时紧张的原因是多方面的,有教材方面的,也有教师方面的。
