随着社会的进步和多元化的发展,我国的经济结构在逐渐的发生变化,人力资源与社会保障局在记录与反映社会状态,指导社会发展方向等方面发挥着巨大的作用。但是社会的进步和转型也造成了数量不断增多,引起社会的广泛关注和重视,由于人社局在改革过程中,不可避免的会存在一些与当前社会发展不协调的地方,造成的档案管理工作难度加大,如何采取有效的措施缓解的档案管理工作强度,提高档案管理的工作效率,促进档案管理更好的发挥作用,是当前我们必须面临的问题。本研究针对人力资源与社会保障局中的档案管理工作中存在的问题进行研究和分析,采取有效的措施加以解决,促进档案管理工作更快、更好的发挥作用。
With the progress of society and diversified development, the economic structure of our country is gradually changing. The Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security plays an important role in recording and reflecting the social conditions and guiding the social development. However, the progress and transformation of society have also led to an ever-increasing number, which has drawn wide attention and attention from the society. As the Bureau of Social and Social Affairs in the process of reform, inevitably there will be some areas that are incompatible with the current social development and the resulting file management How to take effective measures to alleviate the intensity of file management, improve the efficiency of file management, and promote the better use of file management are the problems that we must face now. In this study, the problems existing in the file management work of HRMS and Social Security Bureau were studied and analyzed, effective measures were taken to solve them, and the file management work was promoted faster and better.
