由联合国粮农组织主办,我国林业部承办的“亚洲国家林业部门市场经济改革研讨会”于1994年3月21日至26日在福建省福州市召开。本次研讨会的宗旨是为正处于由计划经济向市场经济转换过程中的一些亚洲国家提供一个论坛,交流各自国家林业部门市场化改革的经验、成就和亟待解决的问题,探索实现体制转换所需把握的关键因素,并为今后从国际组织取得更多帮助及各国间相互交流合作开辟道路。
Organized by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, the Seminar on Market Economy Reform in Asian Forestry Sector in Asian Countries hosted by the Ministry of Forestry was held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province from March 21 to March 26, 1994. The purpose of this symposium is to provide a forum for some Asian countries now in the process of transition from a planned economy to a market economy to exchange experiences, achievements and problems to be solved in the marketization reform of their respective national forestry departments and to explore ways to achieve institutional transformation We must grasp the key factors and open the way for more help from international organizations and exchanges and cooperation among all nations in the future.
