对于44例初发的2型糖尿病住院患者,应用诺和锐30每日3次皮下注射强化治疗3个月。比较治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAIc)、体重指数(BMI)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和餐后2小时胰岛素(2hINS)、空腹C肽(FCP)和餐后2小时C肽(2hCP),通过计算观察早期胰岛素分泌指数△Ins30/PG30=Ins30-Ins0/PG30-PG0,0、2h胰岛素分泌情况,胰岛B细胞功能指数(HOMA-B)=(2hIns-Fins)/(2hPG-FPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)=FPG×Fins/22.5的变化。结果患者血糖较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),HbAlc下降明显(P<0.01)。治疗后早期胰岛素分泌指数、HOMA-B较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),C肽较治疗前升高(P<0.05),HOMA-IR明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗后其中8例完全停用胰岛素,仅用饮食和运动控制即可达到血糖稳态;20例停用午餐前胰岛素;10例患者在治疗过程中出现轻度低血糖或症状性低血糖,但没有l例出现严重低血糖。结论对早期2型糖尿病患者进行每天3次诺和锐30强化治疗,能恢复胰岛β细胞功能和减少胰岛索抵抗。
Forty-four patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were enrolled and treated with Novotene 30 subcutaneously 3 times a day for 3 months. After treatment, 8 patients completely disable insulin, blood glucose homeostasis can be achieved only with diet and exercise control; 20 patients discontinue pre-lunch insulin; 10 patients with mild hypoglycemia or symptomatic hypoglycemia during treatment, No case of severe hypoglycemia. Conclusions In patients with early type 2 diabetes, Nuo-Rui-Rui-30 treatment can improve the function of islet β-cells and reduce islet resistance.
