冷挤压作为一种非常重要的金属成形方法,它在工业生产的各个领域正得到日益广泛的应用。冷挤压成形一只轴对称零件时,为了保证不出废品和不产生模具过早失效,往往需要一些预成形操作,将一切始坯料变成形状复杂的最终产品。这种成形工步设计(或称过程规划)通常是由经验丰富的模具设计人员依靠经验判断和已有的设计和工艺规则进行的。本文介绍一种利用专家系统自动产生可行工步的方法。系统的建造利用 Turbo Prolog.在 IBM-PC 微机上进行。
Cold extrusion, as a very important method of metal forming, is gaining more and more widespread use in all fields of industrial production. Cold extrusion forming an axisymmetric part, in order to ensure that no waste and no premature failure of the mold, often require some pre-forming operation, all the initial blank into a complex shape of the final product. This forming step design (or process planning) is usually carried out by experienced mold designers based on empirical judgment and existing design and workmanship rules. This article presents a way to automate the generation of workable steps using an expert system. The system was built using Turbo Prolog on an IBM-PC computer.
