符拉基米尔综合技术研究院设计和试验了(在1K62车床上)一种断屑装置,用以车削韧性材料(碳素钢、不绣钢、铝、青铜以及镁合金)零件。断屑过程由刀夹的断续运动实现。刀夹的断续运动则靠以压力脉冲输出方式工作的液压传动装置自动驱动。该装置由下列部件组成:夹具安装在机床刀架上,代替原有的刀夹;泵站;产生脉冲压力的阀门。泵站安装在机床的底座中(或与机床分离)并用高压软管与夹具相连。图1是夹具的液压原理图。刀夹体1安装在底板2的导轨上,底板2刚联于机床的刀架3上。刀夹的移动由限位板4限制,后者用螺钉固定在底板2上。振动器5用螺钉固
The Vladimir Institute of Technology designed and tested (on a 1K62 lathe) a chip breaker for turning parts of ductile materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze and magnesium alloys). The chip breaking process is realized by the intermittent movement of the tool holder. The intermittent motion of the tool holder is automatically actuated by a hydraulic actuator that operates with pressure pulse output. The device consists of the following components: fixture mounted on the machine tool holder, instead of the original tool holder; pumping station; pulse pressure generated valve. The pump station is installed in the base of the machine (or separated from the machine) and connected to the clamps with a high-pressure hose. Figure 1 is a hydraulic schematic hydraulic fixture. Knife holder body 1 is mounted on the guide rail 2, the sole plate 2 has just joined the machine tool holder 3. The movement of the tool holder is limited by the stopper plate 4, which is screwed to the base plate 2. The vibrator 5 is screwed
