以11个国内外苜蓿品种为试验材料,通过采用不同浓度NaCl处理,探讨了在盐胁迫下种子的发芽势、发芽率和叶绿素含量等指标的变化。结果表明:随着盐浓度的升高,发芽势、发芽率、根长、株高、鲜样质量和叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势。11个品种的苜蓿种子对盐胁迫的响应程度有差异。对6个耐盐品种发芽性状进行聚类分析综合评价,“皇后2000”耐盐性最强,耐盐性最弱的是“杰克林”。
Eleven varieties of alfalfa were used as materials to study the changes of seed germination potential, germination rate and chlorophyll content under salt stress. The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration, the germination potential, germination rate, root length, plant height, fresh weight and chlorophyll content all showed a decreasing trend. The responses of 11 alfalfa varieties to salt stress were different. The clustering analysis of the germination characters of six salt-tolerant cultivars showed that “Queen 2000” had the strongest salt tolerance and the weakest salt tolerance was “Jacklin”.
