为了扩展紫胶蜡的应用形式,利用Shah法制备纳米紫胶蜡乳液。通过单因素实验对纳米紫胶蜡乳液制备工艺中的各个影响因素进行选择,从中选取对纳米紫胶蜡乳液粒径影响较大的3个因素:乳化剂中三乙醇胺配比、转速、乳化温度进行进一步的优化,根据Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计原理,采用响应曲面法以平均粒径为响应值作响应面和等值曲线,得出最佳工艺条件为:阴离子乳化剂质量分数15.9%、转速890 r/min、乳化温度90℃,在优化条件下制得的乳液平均粒径为30.5 nm,且具有良好的分散性和稳定性。
In order to extend the application form of shellac wax, a nano-shellac wax emulsion was prepared by Shah’s method. Through the single-factor experiment, the influencing factors of the preparation process of nano-shellac wax emulsion were selected, three factors influencing the particle size of nano-shellac wax emulsion were selected: the ratio of triethanolamine in emulsifier, rotation speed, emulsification temperature According to the Box-Behnken center experimental design principle, the response surface method and the average particle size of the response surface were used as the response surface and the equivalent curve. The optimum process conditions were as follows: the mass fraction of anionic emulsifier was 15.9% Speed 890 r / min, emulsifying temperature 90 ℃, the average diameter of the emulsion prepared under the optimized conditions was 30.5 nm, and has good dispersion and stability.
