本文介绍一次上升UP型直流锅炉中混合分配器的试验室模拟试验结果。试验用低沸点的氟里昂F_(113)(分子式CCl_2F—CClF_2)作为介质来模拟高温高压汽水两相流体。整个试验台装置为一个闭合循环回路系统,氟里昂在通过用电流直接加热的不锈钢管时被加热成气液两相流体,然后采用“孔板法”测量流体的干度X。试验模型与实物的几何尺寸比例为1:3.86。最后,在对试验数据进行分析、整理的基础上,提供了该种分配器进入均匀混合分配的临界准则、均匀性指标、阻力系数等有关设计数据。
This article presents the results of a laboratory simulation of a mixing distributor in a UP UP-type once-through boiler. Low-boiling Freon F_ (113) (molecular formula CCl_2F-CClF_2) was used as a medium to simulate the high-temperature and high-pressure steam-liquid two-phase fluid. The entire test rig is a closed loop system. Freon is heated to a gas-liquid two-phase fluid while passing through a stainless steel tube heated directly with electric current. The “dry-plate method” is then used to measure the dryness X of the fluid. The geometric ratio between the experimental model and the real object is 1: 3.86. Finally, based on the analysis and sorting of the experimental data, the design criteria such as the critical criterion, the uniformity index and the drag coefficient of this kind of distributor are provided.
