采用共沉淀法在不同反应条件下制备了二个系列的Fe3O4超微粒.利用X射线衍射仪和TEM对样品的成分和形貌进行了分析.在室温下测量了二个系列样品的穆斯堡尔谱,对穆斯堡尔谱的变化进行了讨论.结果表明,通过改变反应物的浓度及Fe2+的用量,可以对Fe3O4超微粒的粒度及纯度进行控制。
Coprecipitation method was used to prepare two series of Fe3O4 ultrafine particles under different reaction conditions. The composition and morphology of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and TEM. The Mössbauer spectra of two series of samples were measured at room temperature and the changes of Mössbauer spectra were discussed. The results show that by changing the concentration of reactants and the amount of Fe2 +, the particle size and purity of Fe3O4 ultrafine particles can be controlled.
