一设计思想本复习教学设计意在通过对果蝇体细胞染色体图解、果蝇染色体上的基因图解的识别及相关习题的解析,培养学生的识图能力、形象思维能力;通过本节的阶段性复习,使学生更加理解遗传规律的实质,并提高解题能力。二具体内容标准具体内容标准有:(1)阐明基因的分离定律和自由组合定律;(2)举例说明基因与性状的关系;(3)概述伴性遗传。三教学重难点教学重难点:(1)理解基因与染色体的关系;(2)理解遗传规律的实质;(3)说出伴性遗传的机理及其传递规律。
A design idea The review of instructional design intends to cultivate students’ ability of cognitive map and image thinking through the illustration of chromosomes of Drosophila somatic chromosomes and the identification of gene patterns on Drosophila chromosomes and related exercises. Review, make students more understanding of the essence of genetic law, and improve the ability to solve problems. Two specific content standards specific content standards are: (1) to elucidate the law of gene isolation and free combination law; (2) to illustrate the relationship between genes and traits; (3) overview of the sex-linked inheritance.
