为研究温拌措施对橡胶沥青混合料的体积特征的影响,首先利用旋转压实仪确定了普通沥青混合料(PG 64-22)、掺10%的橡胶粉的改性沥青分别与2种不同集料制备的4种沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量,然后向胶粉改性沥青混合料中添加Aspha-min和Sasobit两种温拌剂,在压实温度为97、116、135、154℃时成型制备了192个试件并测试了其体积参数,在此基础上,研究了几种沥青混合料的体积参数随压实温度的变化规律。结果表明:温拌沥青混合料加工工艺能够在一定的压实温度范围内有效地改善橡胶沥青混合料的体积特征。
In order to study the influence of warm mix on the volumetric characteristics of rubber asphalt mixture, the common asphalt mixture (PG 64-22) was determined by rotary compactor. The modified asphalt mixed with 10% Aggregate preparation of four kinds of asphalt mixture of the best asphalt dosage, and then added to the powder modified asphalt mixture Aspha-min and Sasobit two kinds of warm mixing agent, the compaction temperature is 97,116,135,154 ℃ 192 specimens were prepared and their volumetric parameters were tested. On the basis of this, the variation of volume parameters of several asphalt mixtures with compaction temperature was studied. The results show that the processing of warm mix asphalt mixture can effectively improve the volumetric characteristics of the rubber asphalt mixture within a certain compaction temperature range.
