微藻生物能源研究已经成为全球生物质能源科技发展的趋势和热点之一。通过不断改进能源微藻类生物质培养技术,获得大量微藻生物质是微藻能源进行下游能源转化的前提条件。文章从藻细胞能源利用方式与能源微藻规模化生产角度,综述了能源微藻类生物质培养技术研究现状及藻细胞能源物质形态-细胞壁糖类与胞内油脂具体成分构成的研究进展,探讨了在实际户外规模培养中遇到的虫害问题。
Microalgae bioenergy research has become the global trend of biomass energy science and technology development and one of the hot spots. By continuously improving the microalgae biomass cultivation technology, it is a prerequisite for a large number of microalgae biomass to be converted into downstream energy by the microalgae energy source. In this paper, from the perspectives of energy utilization of algae cells and scale production of energy microalgae, the research status of energy microalgae biomass cultivation technology and the research progress of the energy material morphology of algae cells - the specific composition of cell wall carbohydrates and intracellular lipids are reviewed. Pest problems encountered in actual outdoor scale training.
