今天,班主任共同体已成为班主任专业发展的重要途径,一方面,以校本和教育行政部门组织的“官办”班主任共同体在班主任专业发展中仍发挥着不可替代的作用;一方面,依托QQ群和论坛平台,不少民间自发形成的班主任共同体跨越了学校和地域限制,已发展成在各自省市乃至全国极具影响力和辐射力的教师学习团体。2011年7、8期合刊中,班主任之友曾在《走向专业共同体,实现1+1>2》专题中,将班主任共同体大致分为源于校本、区域打造、民间自发、名家引领、网络学院、高校实验等类型,无论您身处哪一种班主任共同体中——
