《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》已由八届全国人大常委会第八次会议于1994年7月5日通过,并由国家主席令第29号公布,将于1995年1月1日起施行。现将城市房地产管理法中的几个重要问题作一些介绍。一、关于城市房地产管理法的立法目的房地产业是指从事房地产开发、经营、管理和服务的产业,它是经济发展的基础性、先导性产业,是国民经济的支柱产业之一。党的十一届三中全会以来,特别是近几年,我国城市房地产业迅速发展,取得了很大的成绩。到1992年底,我国517个城市占用国有土地1.4万平方公里。全国城市各类房屋近70亿平方米,其中公有房屋近50亿平方米。全国各类房地产企、事业单位近4万个,从业人员达240多万人。房地产市场流通日趋活跃。“七五”期间,全国商品房销售达1.32亿平方米,销售收入近700亿元;其中个人购买商品房4.166万平方米,回笼
The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Urban Real Estate Management was approved by the Eighth Meeting of the Eighth NPC Standing Committee on July 5, 1994 and announced by the President of the People’s Republic of China No. 29 and will come into effect on January 1, 1995 . Now the city real estate management law in a few important issues for some introduction. I. Purpose of Legislation on Urban Real Estate Management Law Real estate refers to the industries engaged in real estate development, management, management and service.
