[目的 ]了解武昌区 3～ 6岁集体儿童意外伤害现况。 [方法 ]用自制的儿童意外伤害调查表 ,在武昌区分层随机整群抽取 7所幼儿园 3～ 6岁儿童 70 3名作为样本 ,现场回顾性调查 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 12月期间意外伤害情况。[结果 ]武昌区 3～ 6岁集体儿童意外伤害发生率为 46 .1% ,男童高于女童 (P<0 .0 1) ,男∶女 =1.7∶ 1。早产儿童意外伤害发生率高于足月产儿童 (P<0 .0 5 )。伤害类型前 4位依次是碰伤、摔伤或扭伤 (4 2 .9% )、锐器刺伤或切割伤 (16 .2 % )、坠落伤 (8.2 % )、烧烫伤 (7.8% )。[结论 ]武昌区 3～ 6岁集体儿童意外伤害发生率高 ,意外伤害是武昌区儿童健康不可忽视的问题
[Objective] To understand the current situation of accidental injuries among children aged 3 ~ 6 in Wuchang District. [Methods] With the self-made questionnaire of accidental injury to children, 70 kindergartens aged 3-6 years were randomly selected from a random cluster in Wuchang district. Samples were retrospectively analyzed from January 1999 to 2000 Accidental injuries during the month. [Results] The incidence of unintentional injuries among group children aged 3 ~ 6 years in Wuchang district was 46.1%. The boys were higher than girls (P <0. The incidence of accidental injury in preterm children was higher than in full-term children (P <0.05). The top 4 injuries were bumps, falls or sprains (42.9%), sharp stabs or cuts (16.2%), fall injuries (8.2%) and burns (7.8%). [Conclusion] The incidence of unintentional injuries among group children aged 3 ~ 6 in Wuchang District is high. Accidental injury is a problem that can not be neglected in children’s health in Wuchang District
