一、当前高校后勤职工思想状况的主要表现当前高校后勤职工队伍总的来讲是好的,多数后勤职工能适应改革开放的新形势,有较强的事业心和责任感,安心本职工作,为高校的发展和安定作出了贡献。但是也有一部分后勤职工表现出种种消极思想,主要表现如下:1.自卑观念强。一部分后勤职工认为“后勤、后勤、服务他人,后勤、后勤,低人一等。”有些青工连谈对象也不愿说出自己的真实工作岗位,有的不安心本职工作想跳槽。
