随着教育改革的深入开展和高校规模的不断扩大,就当前实际状况而言,高校后勤职工普遍存在一些问题。一是年龄偏大,许多高校后勤职工都是干了十几年甚至几十年,年龄在40至50多岁的占绝大多数。二是文化程度不高,由于学校编制的限制,后勤新职工增加得很少,一般多是哪个部门都不愿意要的就安插到后勤来。加上后勤职工的学习培训机会少,长期从事简单化、重复性强的体力劳动,导致职工的视野比较狭窄,缺乏政治意识和大局观念。
