为了评定薄层硬质材料(如离子注入,离子束混合技术表面改性等得到的)的耐磨性研制了一台小型磨损试验机。本文介绍了该试验机的设计指标、基本结构、用途和磨损测量方法—等深划痕法等。该试验机还设有可测量摩擦系数的往复式摩擦试验装置和球柱试样磨损试验装置。並对试验结果进行了讨论。
A small wear tester was developed to evaluate the wear resistance of thin layers of hard materials (eg, ion implantation, surface modification by ion beam mixing, etc.). This paper introduces the design of the testing machine, the basic structure, use and wear measurement methods - such as deep scratch method. The testing machine is also equipped with a reciprocating friction test device and a ball specimen wear test device that can measure the friction coefficient. The test results are discussed.
